- Improv Theater: (Cold War) Decreases the fee by 200%. Minimum required wealth for visitors is poor. Each citizen oriented towards the Intellectuals faction visiting the theater has a chance (efficiency/2) to increase the standing of the corresponding faction by 1.
- El Presidente - The Musical: (Cold War) Increases upkeep by 20%. Each citizen visiting the theater has a chance (efficiency/2) to increase their approval. No tourist will prefer this building.
