Wheter cotton or wool, a Textile Mill produces cloth, which is sometimes used to make flags, over which wars are fought. Textile Mills are therefore legitimate miitary targets.

- Conventional Dyes: Basic settings.
- Acrylic Dyes: Efficiency is increased by 15%. Pollution is increased by 50%.
- Organic Dyes: (Requires research) Pollution is decreased by 50%. Efficiency is decreased by 20%.
Upgrades[]
- Workshop Expansion: ($4500) Adds 2 job positions.
- Fine Fabric Rolling: ($3800) Increases efficiency by 10%. The buildiing requires 50 MW of electrical power.
- Unified Weaving Feeder: (Cold War) ($8000) Uses both wool and cotton, as long as both goods are available. Increases the output by 15% while both goods are used to produce cloth.
