  • Hot Rolling: Increase efficiency by 20% and upkeep by 20%.

Steel counts as Processed Goods, and are used as inputs for the Weapons Factory (alongside Nickel inputs) to produce Weapons, the Shipyard (with Welding Plant upgrade) to produce Boats, or the Vehicle Factory (alongside Rubber inputs) to produce Cars.
