For buildings of the same name in other Tropico games, see Sports Complex.
A Sports Complex is an entertainment building in Tropico 3 and Tropico 4. These huge stadiums are designed for hosting sporting events, especially football/soccer, one of the most popular sports in the Caribbean and Latin American countries. Tropicans, slob tourists, and their children all enjoy attending games here.
The stadium has the words "Campo Deportivo" on the front, which mean "Sports Field", in Spanish.
Work Modes
- No Booze Allowed: By default, sports complexes don't allow spectators to drink.
- Let the Taps Flow: Allows alcohol to be served and drunk during games. This generates an extra $20 per visitor and allows spring break tourists to attend games, but Religious citizens will never visit the stadium. This option will still be available even if Prohibition is enacted.
