It is upcoming expansion pack for Tropico.
It will project "el Presidente" in the XXI century; you are going to make a " Third sector " economy (insurances, banks, services etc ...) Tropico will be the new largest economy of the caribbean states.
Probabily US and USSR will not make any pressure on the Presidente to build a army base on the tropican state (however this is speculation).
New Features:
- Extended game timeline beyond the Cold War era into the 21 century and near future.
- 30 new buildings including skyscrapers, condos and biofarms.
- The ability to "modernize" obsolete buildings.
- 10 new edicts including "Festival of love" edict and others regarding the availability of internet to the citizens.
- New single player campaign including 12 scenarios.
