  • Assembly: Decreases the job quality by 20 and adds 2 job positions. Efficiency is decreased by 15%.
  • Ocean Treasures: (requires Tropican Shores DLC) Uses pearls and gold to create exquisite jewellery. Increases Jewellery production by 50%.

  • Laser Beam Welders: (Modern Times) ($5000) The building requires an additional 20 MV of electrical power. Efficiency is increased by 10%.
  • Workplace Surveillance Camera: ($1000) Decreases the job quality by 10 and increased production by 10%.
