For buildings of the same name in other Tropico games, see House.
House is family friendly housing, abate costly and space consuming, in Tropico 3.
Upon completion, noticeably better family friendly environment then the Country House. Plants are present, rather then ugly décor items; though cloths-lines, trash and/or a trash-can may show up once occupied. Two-story structure means the interior offers better privacy, though communal spaces would be the norm.
- "Run-of-the-mill suburban house, which will please most tropicans, but still offers very little in terms of living space."
- "Accommodations for two families. Provides good housing value."
Upkeep cost will put this into the middle & upper class Tropican abode. Smaller then Apartments but larger then a Country House; means it can be placed near a garage in the spaces that otherwise might be left empty(farmland/road border). Planned communities can also be considered if Condos aren't an option. But, the island space used per tenant ratio isn't good, even if the Housing Quality is.
