- Hotel Tropicana: Increases the number of accomodations slots by 5. Decreases the housing by 10 (scales with budget).
- Supply Local Business: (Modern Times, requires research) Room slots are decreased by 2. Housing quality is decreased by 5 (scales with budget). While this building is operational, the efficiency of each Office is increased by 10% on medium budget. The bonus can be cumulated up to a cap of 30%.

- Air Condition: ($700) Increases efficiency by 20%. The building requires 20 MW of electrical power.
- Elevators: ($850) Increases efficiency by 25%. The building requires 30 MW of electrical power.
