Changes: Commandos

Commandos are a type of military squad in Tropico 5. They will replace the Elite Infantry garrisoned in the Palace, after choosing the "Personal Death Squad" building upgrade, which becomes available in the World Wars Era.

In Tropico 5: Generalissimo, Commandos are the default military squad garrisoned in the Defense HQ building. They can be upgraded to Special Forces during the Modern Times Era.

The effectiveness of Commandos can be increased with the Military Drills and Right To Arms edicts.

Physical appearance

Commandos wear the following military attire:

Helmet (black)
Camouflage military uniform (dark gray)
Bulletproof vest (dark gray camouflage)
Belt (with 2 ammunition pouches)
Army boots (black)
M16A2 assault rifle
