The faction-specific modes work in the same way as those of the Newspaper, Radio Station, and TV Station, affecting Tropicans living within a short range of the drones' flight path. There's a 25% chance and it doesn't affect die-hard ideologies. Each faction shift mode also improves the personal experience of the people it affects.
